Rental Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By booking, signing, or accepting delivery, the customer agrees to them.
1. RENTAL PERIOD & PAYMENT
Base rental includes up to 7 calendar days from the delivery date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is due upon booking or upon delivery.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, check, ACH transfer, and other approved methods.
A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card payments. Check and ACH payments have no processing fee.
Customer authorizes Bossier Dumpster Rental to charge the payment method on file for the rental price, taxes, extra rental days, overweight charges, disposal fees, prohibited item charges, dry-run fees, relocation fees, damage charges, collection costs, and any other charges allowed under this agreement.
Returned checks, failed ACH payments, chargebacks, or declined cards may result in additional fees and suspension of service.
2. DELIVERY, ACCESS & PLACEMENT
Bossier Dumpster Rental will deliver the container to the customer's specified location within the approved service area.
Online bookings are scheduled no earlier than the next business day. Saturday delivery is available by phone only and carries a $150 weekend delivery fee.
Customer is responsible for identifying a safe, level, and accessible placement location.
Customer must provide clear access for a 53-foot truck plus roll-off container. Access must be free of parked vehicles, locked gates, low wires, low tree limbs, structures, soft ground, steep slopes, tight turns, septic systems, irrigation systems, underground utilities, and any other hazard or obstruction.
Customer is responsible for confirming that the placement location can support the weight of the truck, empty container, and loaded container.
Bossier Dumpster Rental may refuse delivery, pickup, swap, or relocation if the driver determines the site, access, load, or placement location is unsafe.
If Bossier Dumpster Rental cannot safely deliver, pick up, swap, or remove the container due to access issues, unsafe conditions, blocked access, overloading, prohibited materials, or customer delay, a dry-run fee ($75 per trip), return-trip fee ($75 per trip), relocation fee, and/or additional rental days may apply.
3. PROPERTY DAMAGE & SITE RESPONSIBILITY
Customer is responsible for selecting the placement location and assumes all risk related to the condition of the property.
Bossier Dumpster Rental is not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, sidewalks, asphalt, concrete, lawns, landscaping, septic systems, irrigation systems, underground utilities, private roads, parking areas, or any surface unable to support the weight of the truck or loaded container.
Boards, plywood, or protective materials may reduce risk but do not guarantee prevention of damage.
Customer is responsible for damage caused by customer's loading, placement instructions, site conditions, prohibited materials, overloading, or unsafe access.
4. WASTE RESTRICTIONS
Customer agrees to use the container only for approved waste materials.
Approved materials may include, with proper disclosure and approval: general household junk, furniture, light construction debris, yard waste, light renovation debris, and other approved non-hazardous waste.
Heavy materials require prior approval. Heavy materials include, but are not limited to: dirt, soil, clay, concrete, brick, block, asphalt, rock, gravel, roofing shingles, plaster, tile, and other dense or heavy materials.
Customer is responsible for all overweight charges. Weight overage is charged at $95 per ton over the included weight, based on the landfill scale ticket.
Heavy materials may require a smaller container, partial-load limit, clean-load requirement, or separate quote.
Customer is responsible for all overweight charges and any costs caused by exceeding safe or legal hauling limits.
5. PROHIBITED MATERIALS
The following items are also prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Bossier Dumpster Rental: hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, solvents, fuel, oil, batteries, appliances containing refrigerant, electronics, asbestos (except licensed ACM hauls booked as such), medical waste, dead animals, propane tanks, pressurized cylinders, liquids, sewage, human waste, animal waste, hot ashes, smoldering materials, explosives, ammunition, pesticides, herbicides, and any material prohibited by the landfill, transfer station, or applicable law.
Prohibited materials may result in refusal of pickup, removal charges, disposal penalties, return-trip fees, additional rental days, and any other costs caused by the prohibited materials.
Bossier Dumpster Rental may inspect, photograph, reject, return, remove, or charge for prohibited items found in the container.
6. LOAD LIMITS & SAFE HAULING
Container contents must remain level with or below the top rim of the container. Nothing may hang over the sides.
Customer may not overload the container, compact materials without permission, burn inside the container, or move, drag, lift, relocate, or alter the container in any way.
Bossier Dumpster Rental may refuse pickup of any container that is overloaded, overweight, contains prohibited items, contains liquids, or cannot be safely transported.
Customer is responsible for removing excess or prohibited material and for all extra rental days, return trips, labor, disposal costs, and related charges caused by the issue.
7. OVERAGE CHARGES & ADDITIONAL FEES
Extra rental days beyond the included 7-day rental period: $15 per day.
Weight overage: $95 per ton over the included weight.
Saturday delivery: $150.
Additional charges may apply for dry runs ($75 per trip), blocked access, return trips ($75 per trip), relocation requests, overfilled containers, unsafe loads, prohibited items, landfill rejection, disposal penalties, contaminated loads, damage to the container, damage caused by customer loading or site conditions, extra labor, and collection costs.
Damage to the container or related equipment will be billed at actual repair or replacement cost, plus labor and administrative costs.
8. PICKUP & RETURN
Customer must request pickup unless pickup was scheduled in writing at the time of booking.
Customer does not need to be present for pickup if the container is accessible, not overloaded, and free of prohibited items.
Customer must be reachable by phone if access, loading, or safety issues arise.
Pickup is subject to safe access, legal load condition, weather, landfill availability, route schedule, truck availability, and safe road and site conditions.
If pickup cannot be completed due to customer delay, blocked access, overloading, prohibited items, unsafe conditions, or other customer-caused issues, extra rental days and return-trip fees may apply until the container can be safely removed.
Bossier Dumpster Rental is not responsible for any items left in the container after pickup.
9. DISPOSAL CHARGES, CONTAMINATION & LANDFILL REJECTION
Customer is responsible for all landfill, transfer station, disposal, contamination, sorting, rejection, environmental, and regulatory charges caused by the contents of the container.
If a load is rejected, reclassified, contaminated, overweight, or requires special handling, customer is responsible for all related costs.
Customer agrees to follow responsible waste disposal practices and all applicable landfill, transfer station, local, parish, state, and federal disposal rules.
10. PERMITS, HOA APPROVAL & LEGAL PLACEMENT
Customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits, HOA approvals, landlord approvals, right-of-way permissions, city or parish approvals, and property owner approvals.
Placement on public streets, sidewalks, alleys, or rights-of-way requires a City or Parish permit. Customer is solely responsible for obtaining all required permits before delivery. If the customer requests placement in a public right-of-way without proof of a valid permit, Bossier Dumpster Rental may refuse delivery.
Customer is responsible for all fines, tickets, towing, relocation, removal costs, or other charges caused by unauthorized or improper placement.
Bossier Dumpster Rental may refuse placement on public streets, sidewalks, alleys, rights-of-way, or third-party property unless proper permission has been confirmed in writing.
11. SERVICE AREA
Standard service area includes approved locations in and around Bossier, Caddo, DeSoto, and Webster Parishes and other Northwest Louisiana areas approved by Bossier Dumpster Rental.
Standard pricing includes delivery and pickup within 25 road miles of our Bossier City yard (Zone 1). Zone 2 (26–45 road miles) adds $150. Zone 3 (46–65 road miles) adds $250. Farther locations are quoted.
Jobs outside the standard service area or normal routing may be accepted at company discretion and may include additional delivery, fuel, mileage, or service charges.
12. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may be charged up to 50% of the rental price.
No-shows, blocked access, or customer-caused failure to deliver may result in the full rental charge, dry-run fee, or rescheduling fee.
Refunds, if approved, may be reduced by processing fees, dispatch costs, or other costs already incurred.
13. WEATHER, DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
Severe weather may delay delivery, pickup, swap, or removal. Bossier Dumpster Rental will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer of service delays.
Service may also be delayed by unsafe road conditions, flooding, truck breakdown, equipment failure, landfill or transfer station closure, road closure, emergency response, government restriction, labor shortage, fuel shortage, unsafe access, or other conditions outside company control.
Rescheduled service due to company-caused or weather-related delays will be handled at no additional charge unless the delay is caused by customer access, loading, placement, or prohibited material issues.
14. PHOTOS & DOCUMENTATION
Bossier Dumpster Rental may photograph or document the container, placement area, access route, load condition, prohibited items, damage, overfill, and disposal issues before, during, or after service.
Photos and documentation may be used for billing, safety, dispute resolution, insurance, damage claims, disposal verification, and operational records.
15. LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customer is responsible for the container while it is in the customer's possession or located at the customer's requested placement site.
Customer is liable for damage to the container caused by prohibited items, overloading, fire, burning materials, equipment impact, unauthorized movement, vandalism, misuse, customer negligence, or third-party activity at the customer's site.
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bossier Dumpster Rental, its owners, employees, drivers, contractors, and insurers from claims, fines, penalties, damages, injuries, cleanup costs, disposal costs, attorney fees, and expenses arising from: customer's waste materials; customer's negligence or misconduct; customer's site conditions or placement instructions; use of the container by the customer or any third party at the site; prohibited materials; and customer's breach of this agreement.
Customer shall keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from the container and shall not climb on or enter the container.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bossier Dumpster Rental is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including project delays.
Bossier Dumpster Rental's total liability for any claim arising from this rental shall not exceed the rental price paid for the rental involved, except where Louisiana law does not allow such a limit.
Nothing in this agreement limits liability for Bossier Dumpster Rental's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
17. COLLECTIONS
Unpaid balances are due upon invoice. Customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney fees incurred to collect any unpaid balance, to the extent allowed by Louisiana law.
18. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of Bossier Parish, Louisiana.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement, together with the booking confirmation and invoice, is the entire agreement between the parties. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. Changes must be in writing. Electronic acceptance and signature are binding.
